Ako môžem vytvoriť kategóriu slovíčok?
Štyrmi spôsobmi: napíš AI tému, odfoť stránku učebnice či screenshot, vlož odkaz na YouTube video (v pláne PLUS), alebo si slovíčka pridaj ručne, prípadne importuj z Excelu/CSV/TXT.

Ako funguje tvorba z videa?
Vložíš odkaz na verejné YouTube video (do 20 min), AI si ho pozrie a vyberie z neho slovíčka na učenie. Funkcia je súčasťou plánu PLUS.

Môžem PLUS kedykoľvek zrušiť?
Áno, priamo v profile. Prístup k PLUS ti ostane do konca zaplateného obdobia, potom sa účet vráti na Standard.

Čo sa stane s mojimi slovíčkami po zrušení?
Nič sa nemaže. Zostanú ti, len sa opäť uplatnia limity plánu Standard pri vytváraní nových.

Prijímate faktúru na firmu?
Áno. Pri platbe zadaj IČ DPH — faktúru vystaví Paddle ako predajca.

How can I create a vocabulary category?
Four ways: type a topic for AI, snap a photo of a textbook page or screenshot, paste a YouTube video link (on the PLUS plan), or add words by hand or import them from Excel/CSV/TXT.

How does creating from a video work?
You paste a link to a public YouTube video (up to 20 min), AI watches it and picks out the vocabulary worth learning. This feature is part of the PLUS plan.

Can I cancel PLUS at any time?
Yes, directly in your profile. PLUS access remains until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to Standard.

What happens to my words after cancelling?
Nothing is deleted. You keep them; the Standard plan limits simply apply again when creating new ones.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?
Yes. Enter your VAT ID at checkout — the invoice is issued by Paddle as the reseller.
